Cadet Training Program
We are offering positions for Deck Cadets to complete their mandatory sea service training aboard our modern fleet. This is an excellent opportunity to start your maritime career with industry leaders.
Training Includes:
- 12-18 months structured on-board training
- Bridge watchkeeping under supervision
- Cargo operations and stowage planning
- Navigation and ship handling practice
- Safety and emergency procedures
- Maintenance of deck equipment
- Record keeping and documentation
- Monthly performance assessments

Requirements
Entry Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or completed Nautical Science diploma/degree
- Age between 18-25 years
- Valid medical fitness certificate for seafarers
- STCW basic safety training certificates
- Valid passport and seafarer's book
- Good academic record (minimum 60% aggregate)
Personal Qualities:
- Strong motivation to pursue maritime career
- Ability to work in team environment
- Good physical fitness and health
- Adaptable to life at sea for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- English language proficiency (spoken and written)
