Role Overview

We are seeking a Fleet Performance Manager to optimize vessel performance across our managed fleet. This role combines technical expertise with data analysis to drive operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics
Identify opportunities for fuel optimization and cost reduction
Develop KPIs and performance dashboards
Conduct vessel performance audits and inspections
Implement best practices for vessel operations
Coordinate with technical and operations teams
Prepare management reports and recommendations
Support environmental compliance initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

Chief Engineer or Master Mariner certificate (COC)
Minimum 5 years sea-going experience
2+ years shore-based experience in technical or operations
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience with vessel performance monitoring systems
Knowledge of IMO regulations and industry standards

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level)
Experience with performance monitoring software
Understanding of fuel optimization techniques
Knowledge of CII, EEXI, and other environmental metrics
Report writing and presentation skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills in English
